THOMAS FOY, Broker
Tom was born in Bedford, PA and moved to Lock Haven as an infant in 1955 when his father and uncle purchased the Ford dealership, Foy and Spangler Ford. Tom attended local schools and graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He returned to Lock Haven and has been providing insurance and financial services to his clients for the past 44 years.
DONNA FOY, Assistant
Donna (Stevenson) Foy has been our Office Manager for the past several years. She is the friendly voice that answers the phone and also the one that keeps the office running efficiently. Donna was born and raised in Mill Hall and has a two-year secretarial degree from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.
Tom and Donna were married in October of 1981 and have two grown children, Ross and Ashley, and two granddaughters who live in Pittsburgh and New Jersey. Tom lovingly says that Donna “is his boss 24/7.”
